First, try to remove the code and redeem it again.

If it still does not work, check to see whether there is an error message and if your code is applicable (valid) to the product(s) you have selected.

If everything is correct but the code is still not working, please contact us (by chat or email at help@mysocialbook.com) and we will provide you a new code. 

Please make sure to do this before ordering - there is nothing we can do to change the amount you paid after the order has been placed.
